Account Executive Chicago/Midwest

Although the Bellevue office will be the office of record, this position will work from your home office in the midwest - preferably Chicago.

Nintex is experiencing some red-hot growth and to address our market needs we are currently needing to add an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to our sales org.  This role will target geographically named accounts and build direct relationships with the end user organizations while working closely with channel partners to maximize revenue in line with the Territory Plan.  If you are an experienced strategic seller who has a proven track record of building effective relationships at the C-Level and understands a channel partner model, we have a great opportunity for you!

Your responsibilities will be to:

  • Drive net new sales growth within territory/s
  • Identify and develop new customer accounts and engage with strategic partners to maximize revenue
  • Establish and strengthen customer relationships with a focus on driving net new sales revenue
  • Maintain and achieve quota expectations
  • Execute Lead Generation & Call program activities when required
  • Co-write Territory Plans and execute in collaboration with director manager
  • Use CRM tools to facilitate multiple aspects of the sales cycle

You will come to us with:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business or a related discipline
  • Proven experience of direct and/or indirect sales experience
  • Strong business development, account management and relationship management skills
  • Experience in Microsoft environment preferred
  • Proven contributor to a sales team with consistent achievement of sales quotas
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – great influencer, passionate about the team, loved and respected by partners and customers
  • A great sense of teamwork; motivated by helping others and knowledge sharing within the team
  • A high level of trust and integrity
  • Strong attention to detail – pays attention to the quality of work produced, ensuring excellence and always seeking ways to improve outputs.

 

You will come to us with:

  • Strong business development, account management and relationship management skills
  • Experience in Microsoft environment and/or Salesforce environment, preferred
  • Proven contributor to a sales team with consistent achievement of sales quotas with a focus on high call volume
  • Excellent interpersonal skills – great influencer, passionate about the team, loved and respected by partners and customers
  • A great sense of teamwork; motivated by helping others and knowledge sharing within the team
  • A high level of trust and integrity
  • Strong attention to detail – pays attention to quality of work produced, ensuring excellence and always seeking ways to improve outputs.
