Nintex is looking for a Sales Operations Coordinator to work in our Bellevue office. 

The Sales Operations Coordinator fills a critical role in our sales organization as they are responsible for ensuring that order processing is completed on time and accurately.  Our Coordinators are assigned a strategic subset of customers that are either brand new or renewing business.  It is vital to our success that Sales Operations Coordinators deliver the highest standard of customer service, act with a sense of urgency, and maintain a high level to detail and organization.  In this position, you will also learn Nintex policy and process and will help us improve our documentation cross-functionally.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee order and licensing policies in support of the Net New and Renewal ordering process
  • Act as prime contact for Licensing disputes and internal process resolution efforts
  • Assist with the deal closure cycle by ensuring all documentation to process an order is obtained and valid in accordance with Nintex policies and procedures
  • Proactively update and provide new documentation in support of existing and new product licensing and ordering requirements
  • Provide Tier 1 support for Americas Sales organization, as it relates to licensing assistance and education around licensing requirements from Partners/Customers/Internal business partners
  • Establish and maintain effective, cooperative working relationships with internal business partners and executive management
