We have an exciting opportunity for an Office Coordinator to join us on a fixed term contract, until July 31st 2019.
This role will see you working closely with all parts of our organization, including regular collaboration with our global HR, EA’s and property teams, to ensure the Auckland office is running smoothly.
Your main focus will be coordinating our Auckland office facility needs, welcoming guests, inward/outward mail, administration and HR, Health, Safety & wellbeing support. You will also assist in the planning of fun work events and meetings as well as help us to maintain our awesome company culture. The truth is, you will be the glue that keeps us together every day. There will be no task too small for your attention as you are the person that loves to nurture relationships and assist the team in achieving their goals.
