Our London office is adding an exciting new role of Regional Onboarding Manager for our Nintex Promapp product.
The Regional Onboarding Manager owns the initial onboarding, adoption and usage of new Nintex Promapp customers. This is a critical role in our Customer Success team and is a significant contributor in driving early success of our customers, identifying future expansion opportunities, identifying risks and providing proactive measures to prevent future challenges.
Your contribution will be:
Managing successful customer onboarding through the Nintex partner channel and other third party implementation vendors. You will coordinate and deliver accreditation, assignments and ongoing enablement programs for implementation vendors and Nintex partners across the region with respect to the Nintex Promapp platform.
Acting as a highly collaborative conduit between customer success, support, product, and sales and requires the ability to prioritise and manage multiple competing projects simultaneously. Critical elements to success include being proactive, results-driven, tenacious, and possessing the proven ability to engage and influence all levels of customers from business teams to executive and senior management. You will work cross functionally across Nintex departments to escalate customer issues, remove roadblocks, communicate customer challenges, and provide key feedback to ensure we are continuously focusing on improving the customer onboarding experience.
Working as a trusted advisor throughout the customer’s onboarding journey, and with a strong technical understanding of the Promapp system as well expertise in successful Business Process Management (BPM), you will be integral in ensuring customers achieve maximum value from Nintex Promapp. Whilst working with the customer, you will be adept at unearthing issues such as financial risk, retention risk, utilisation drop off and communicate back to the appropriate internal team to ensure total customer satisfaction.
Deliver training to new customers across the Nintex Promapp product. This includes both technical product training as well as BPM support and advice. You will also track and measure business impact, risks and successes, and report out to stakeholders.
