We’re growing rapidly, and our Auckland office is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join their team.
As a Customer Support Specialist, you should be commited to a customer-centric approach based on empathy and place emphasis on customers gaining the most out of Nintex Promapp and DocGen for Salesforce application suite. One-part brand champion and one-part problem-solving guru, as a Customer Support Specialist, you will develop an intimate knowledge of the functionality available so that you can answer questions quickly and effectively.
You would be responsible for responding to customer technical support enquiries and building help content that allows customers to find answers to their questions quickly and easily.
You are expected to be proactive in advocating improvements for both internal and external tools that enhance the customer experience. In addition, you will drive internal processes and automation improvements, along with collaborating with development teams to deliver customer feedback for better products.
It is preferable that you have either experience in the delivery of great software support and help content or have a vision for how Nintex Promapp could innovate in this area.
