We are adding a Senior Manager, Field Marketing to our team whose primary responsibility is to drive activity into the sales funnel.  You will create, implement and manage integrated marketing plans that contribute to pipeline generation and event/program goals.  You will partner closely with marketing and sales teams with a focus on events and webinars as well as digital and social programs.  You will have primary ownership for the execution and analysis of field marketing activities, response rates and return on marketing investment.  

We would like for you to:

Develop Strategy:  Using your previous experience and knowledge, develop a fully operational marketing deck from scratch.  This effort should be done jointly with the sales team to support their revenue plans.  You will align with current corporate strategy to create programs that increase the quality and quantity of leads to our partner network.

Develop Campaigns: Collaborating with Product Marketing, Corporate Marketing, Partner Sales teams form campaigns that are repeatable and scalable. You will manage campaign activities to include conferences, trade shows.  You will create campaigns, webinars and engagement tools.

Generate Pipeline and Success Metrics:  You will be metric focused, analyzing the pipeline generation, webinar attendance, and programs for funnel conversion rates and iterate accordingly, always seeking continuous improvement.

Build relationships with the sales and channel teams:  The Field Marketing Manager will have a solid understanding for how a B2B sales funnel works and will create a marketing plan that will generate qualified marketing leads from and with our partners. You will work alongside cross-functional teams to create content and deliver messaging.

To be successful, we think you need the following:

  • BS/BA in Communications, Marketing, or similar degree
  • Experience integrated marketing campaigns and field or partner marketing in a B2B environment
  • Demonstrated influence on pipeline generation
  • Experience in content creation: webinars, tools
  • Salesforce experience helpful
  • Champion for the sales org
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to connect the dots
  • Metric driven and analytical
  • Ownership Accountability
