We’ve created a new role in our headquarters, located in Bellevue, for a Business Analyst to work throughout IT on interesting software development projects as well as infrastructure implementation work. This position will report to our Business Applications Manager.
As the Business Analyst, you will work closely with a variety of business units throughout the organization. We have projects involving Salesforce and Great Plains, which will mainly be integration work. We will also have projects focused on our external website, Nintex.com, which is hosted through the CRM Sitecore. Other important projects will be doing what we do best….. creating workflows and forms for internal use.
We need someone that is a skilled gatherer of business requirements, knowing how to ask questions (and which ones to ask) of our business units to create project documentation and enhance business processes. You will become the trusted adviser to various lines of business as you work with delivery teams (local and global) to correctly interpret, implement and validate required functionality.
More than just a business process junkie, you will also execute coordination on the projects and manage the work from a project point of view. Therefore, experience with MS Project and/or Kanban knowledge is helpful.
