We are looking for a Renewals Manager to join the Sales Operations team and support our renewal process and ensure customer success. You will manage the EMEA Renewals team providing on-going support and enablement and grow the team to success. You will be responsible for running a programme related to upsell and passing leads across to Account Management, Partner Account Manager or any other suitable position

We would like for you to:

Cultivate Partnership within the Sales and Success organisation.  Ensure proper partnership with the sales and customer success teams. Responsible for teaming with Sales Operations Manager on ensuring enablement related to quarterly health check in calls.

Daily Management of Renewals Team within the Region.  A champion to develop and mentor the EMEA team, providing development and support to the renewals specialist role. Work with individual renewal specialists on account planning, quarterly health check-ins, and renewal strategy for Diamond and Gold accounts. Ensure renewal specialists have ability to talk through the entirety of Nintex product portfolio.

Support Quota Attainment for the Team.  Responsible for achieving the on time renewal rate set forth in the targeted comp plan. Design and execute programmes related to upsell passing leads.

To be successful, we think you need the following:

  • 2 - 3 years of SaaS experience managing an entire sales cycle.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement success.
  • Experience with handling a geographic territory that consists of multiple time zones.
  • Excellent skills using Office suite, especially Excel.
  • Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems helpful.
  • Excellent organisation and time management skills.
  • Ability to think on your feet and manage multiple priorities at once.
  • Attention to detail and ability to apply critical thinking skills in a contract and business environment.
  • SharePoint familiarity or experience is a plus.
