Director, Regional Sales - EMEA London

The Regional Sales Director EMEA plays a pivotal role in our transformation to a true SaaS business, leading a highly skilled, experienced and diverse partner sales team to succeed with and through their partner network.

You will be part of the EMEA management team, a group of highly professional individuals, always striving to improve what we do, challenge each other respectfully and get things done.

You’ll be responsible for:

Supporting and leading the team with clear and comprehensive direction, performance-oriented leadership and management, thought leadership and in-the-field coaching. You succeed if your team succeeds and any moment spent with your team to support this objective is a good use of your time.

Targeting, recruiting, enabling and managing the ideal Partner Network in EMEA to drive new logo sales as well as support existing customer retention and growth. The Nintex Partner Network extends our reach and delivers the professional services our customers require to be successful with our platform. To meet these objectives, you and your team are tasked to build partner practices based on or including Nintex technology with clearly defined and differentiated value propositions to address the IPA market opportunity.

Generating demand and closing business through the Nintex channel, a diverse network from long-standing to brand new Value Added Resellers, Solution Providers, Referral Partners, IT consultancies, etc. In a truly partner-focused organization like Nintex, partners are central to our success as they turn our IPA platform into real solutions for our customers. As we go through a transformation as a business, your team is extending this transformation to the channel, while being laser-focused on results. Your team will establish trusted working relationships between the wider Nintex team and the partners. In your role as Manager of this team, you are successful, if all your team members are successful.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience in SaaS Sales and Channel Management / Development
  • 5+ Years of people management experience with a track record of making teams successful
  • Performance Management experience
  • Proven Strategic Leadership
  • Sales experience
  • Outstanding communication skills
