Senior Marketing Manager, Customer Lifecycle Bellevue

Nintex is looking for a smart, talented, and customer-obsessed marketing pro to lead our upsell and cross-sell efforts for our installed base of on-premises customers, as well as drive tailored and holistic customer engagement experiences to help our subscription customers fully adopt Nintex’s platform of applications. True success will come from driving incremental usage from the existing customer base.

As Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll own the strategy and execution of a portfolio of customer lifecycle and upsell programs from start to finish. This a critical role in our global marketing team, and a significant contributor to drive overall customer engagement, lifecycle program strategy, and end-to-end customer experience. This role serves as a highly collaborative conduit between customer success, marketing, and sales. You'll report to the VP of Corporate Marketing and will be a direct input into customer engagement, renewal, and upsell goals.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Evolving the customer lifecycle strategy and execute programs to support annual retention and growth targets
  • Launching product-focused demand generation programs to drive upsell pipeline
  • Developing deep understanding of our customer lifecycle to drive optimal engagement for all customers
  • Mapping, aligning, and monitoring programs across all customer touch points to drive the best customer experience
  • Generating awareness and adoption of new product releases with customers
  • Driving acquisition programs to expand customer contacts
  • Developing and executing marketing activities to support the overall customer marketing programs including: webinars, newsletters, email campaigns, and customer events
  • Supporting the overall Customer Advocacy program to grow, nurture, and acquire new advocates and work with the corporate communications team to generate evidence of customer success
  • Creating and optimizing targeted “win-back” programs to ensure retention of our highest value customers

A little bit about you:

  • 5-7 years of experience in a B2B marketing or subscription-based marketing role; technology or software industry preferred
  • Skilled in lifecycle marketing strategy and execution; thorough understanding of online and offline touch points throughout the customer lifecycle
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Strong understanding of pipeline and sales analytics
  • Experience with sales and marketing automation, such as Salesforce and Marketo
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business or related field required or equivalent experience
