About the role 

We are looking for a proactive, energetic and experienced Sales Coordinator to join our Melbourne Sales team. In this dynamic role you will be responsible for managing the quote to bookings process for deals within your region.  You will be heavily involved in structuring and reviewing non-standard pricing deals, which includes directly working with sales and finance teams.  You will become a trusted business advisor to the field sales teams. You’ll manage the software renewal sales cycle and post-sale customer support.

About you

  • You’ll understand the importance to prioritise, structure and organise tasks and workload to ensure efficiency and maximum productivity.
  • You get to assist in analysing deals for revenue recognition compliance, including key Accounting personnel when required.
  • You’ll demonstrate a flexible working style, dealing with the constant changes in the business.
  • You’ll provide support to territory managers and account managers for quote, order and booking package generation for new business, upsell deals.
  • You’ll provide first level review and analysis of non-standard deals by working directly with the global service sales management organization.
  • You’ll experience deal review daily which includes discounting analysis, deal structure, business terms and identification of potential risks and/or opportunities that can affect performance, growth and strategic positioning within key accounts.
  • You’ll generate orders and Issue license keys and maintain accurate contract & asset records in
  • You’ll be responsible to close off each month on the last day of the month.
  • You’ll have PC skills in all areas of MS Office.
